Our music, movies, television shows, and books are enjoyed across the globe and support millions of jobs here in the United States. Musical performers, songwriters, producers, and others in the music industry rely on copyright laws to protect and maintain control of their work. Copyright laws require music-licensing agreements for the use of songwriters and recording artists’ work and ensure creators are paid the royalties they have legally earned. Protecting intellectual property is critical to encouraging innovation and creative work and creating good jobs in Michigan and across the country.
On November 21, 2019, Senator Marsha Blackburn introduced the AM FM Act. This bill would require all radio services to pay musicians fair market value for the music they play on their airwaves. Currently, terrestrial radio broadcasters are not required to pay per song play, unlike digital audio platforms, like internet radio. The AM FM Act was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Although I do not serve on this Committee, please be assured I will keep your views in mind should this bill come for a vote on the Senate floor. Everyone’s number one priority throughout the crisis is saving lives by ensuring people have access to free testing, resources they need to stop the spread and funding for our health care providers. As your advocate in Congress, I fought to pass H.R 6201 – the Families First CoronaVirus Response Act, S. 3548 – the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, increase funding for the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and H.R. 6800 – the HEROES Act. I voted in support of these bills to get resources to our frontline communities and relief to the millions of people affected by this crisis. The most recent bill passed by the House – The Heroes Act – is under consideration in the Senate and includes a number of key provisions that will benefit our communities as we fight this pandemic, including:
While these relief bills are a good start, I know that our communities need sustainable resources and support delivered directly to the people. I am fighting to ensure that Congress puts people—not greedy corporations—first. This means getting our frontline medical workers the equipment and protection that they need to stay safe and save lives and authorizing more funds to purchase protective gear and ventilators. Congress must ensure that every worker has access to paid sick leave and hazard pay for those who must work, implement a nationwide halt to all evictions, foreclosures, and water/electrical shutoffs, address discrimination in the pandemic response, enact immediate student debt cancelation and relief, provide robust assistance to workers who have lost their income due to the emergency, support recurring direct cash assistance payments to every American for the duration of the crisis, and so much more. I am proud to have introduced the following bills to get help to our communities:
Update 1
1. If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold. 2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose. 3. This new virus is not heat resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26-27 degrees. It hates the Sun. 4. If someone sneezes with it, it takes about 10 feet before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne. 5. If it drops on a metal surface, it will live for at least 12 hours. So if you come into contact with any metal surface, wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap. 6. On fabric, it can survive for 6-12 hours. Normal laundry detergent will kill it. 7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice. 8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 minutes but a lot can happen during that time - you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on. 9. You should also gargle as a prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice. 10. Can't emphasize enough - drink plenty of water! Update 2: The Symptoms 1. It will first infect the throat, so you'll have a sore throat lasting 3-4 days. 2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about 5-6 days further. 3. With the pneumonia comes high fever and difficulty breathing. 4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You feel like you're drowning. It's imperative you then seek immediate attention. Update 3 The new Coronavirus may not show sign of infection for many days. How can one know if he/she is infected? By the time they have a fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually 50% Fibrosis and it's too late. Experts provide a simple self-check that we can do every morning.
Everyone should ensure your mouth and throat are moist, never dry. Take a few sips of water every 15 minutes at least. Why? Even if the virus gets into your mouth, driking water or other liquids will wash them down through your throat and into the stomach. Once there, your stomach acid will kill all the virus. If you don't drink enough water more regularly, the virus can enter your windpipe and into the lungs. That's very dangerous. So please do everything to ensure your safety during this pandemic. Can we take a look at the Nature Of Law again. One law in particular, defense! When you look at the nature of law- truth get revealed. Let's look at things that are natural like animals, insects an plants. They all were born with a defense mechanism that allows them to scare off attackers. Ok, now lets look at humans. Humans are natural right? I hope so! We have self defense classes and the Right To Bare Arms, right?. But neither of these are natural. So how do man defend himself or herself natural? A natural defense for man or woman that he or she was born with would be angry, instinct , repulse just to name a few, following me? So the other two option Self defense classes and the Right To Bare Arms are man made option. Basically, something to do with the angry. And since Guns are not natural it has to have laws and regulation, so many laws and regulation guns are out of control and now needs a Gun control law. I say how about we make all guns legal and rise the awareness of self defense, plus make self defense available to everyone and live our Constitution to the fullest! The Right To Bare Arms! We should have a new Angry Management law instead. Black Gangsta album Coming Soon to all music outlets!
Sir Gangsta. T Hartless Records Detroit, MI In some way or another we all are heartless. We all experience selfishness. There are so many issues in this world that it's impossible not to be. We can not care about everyone or everything. Sure, there are some people who work hard to keep there communities up. Sure, there are activists and diplomats who are taking all the necessary steps to try to help secure change. But the truth is, they are heartless people who are feeding the ignorance of this world. Do we as a people really want better? Or is this always going to be a life of suffering for some? Do our children really have a slave free future or will they be in bondage by money? And why do we resort to violence as the only answer? These are just some of the questions that we have to ask ourselves immediately if we ever plan on building a better future for ourselves and our children. It can only be us, the people, from the choices we make.
The condition of the people's mentalities can be seen through their environment, family members even turn the other cheek towards one another. With these type of mentalities the children are doomed to fail. Who will help support them if we don't help support each other? Look at how many millionaires and billionaires there are in this world who won't even come together to put their money up and help fight the Elite. The rich get richer, while the poor stay poor, but the truth is we all have power to change our own conditions. We are all heartless because of the unseen hand that causes chaos and mischief in our lives regardless if you like it or not, but the most damage and destruction is done in our inner cities where drugs, guns, crime and violence are no stranger, but people can care less because it's not their problem. So we are all heartless in some way and if you claim other then get out there in the world and prove it. Sir Gangsta. T Hartless Records Detroit, MI One way to use your Heart more is by using it less. Have you every heard of tough love? Have you every tried helping someone out only to find your efforts unappreciated? Is your kindness a weakness? Have you every been heartbroken? It's a lot of cruel people in this world and they get they energy from good people with big hearts and they can careless. One way to avoid being taking advantage of is by simply using your heart- less. If people don't give you the same respect/love that you give them then at that point you are damaging your own heart.
The heart pumps blood through your body constantly all day and produce a attracting force/energy called love to other people hearts when properly used. This powerful energy and creating force can join two, three, many people together, but it can also tear people apart. One way to avoid having your heart tore up again and again is by using your heart- less in situations that are unhealthy or out of your control and saving that energy for A/Alike people. This is called using your heart MORE, because you love yourself enough to protect what's yours-your heart. Peace & Love Sir Gangsta. T Hartless Records Detroit, MI One thing I've notice is how hard life can be. Some of the many struggles are housings, jobs, education, race, wages, and the elite taking advantage of it all. Yea, some people are doing good, but it's too little for too many. It's like the Government is in the White House with tons of water to themselves and only places 1 bucket of water in our inner cities amongst extremely thirsty people. What do you think id going to happen? Wouldn't they develop negative attitudes and behaviors towards each other over that water? Well that is what's going on, a lack of wealth and opportunities in our inner cities.
Hartless Records speak for all those that like Hip Hop, Rap, Trap, R&B and Gangsta Rap that reflects the ways and condition of our streets . Hartless Records allows fans to speak on everyday life in this world and give them a chance to be heard by taking everyday situations and turning it into quality songs for the world to hear. There's only certain types of records that can produce this sound and that's Hartless Records.
Music is my first love, a true love that is not temporary or artificial, it doesn't come and go, it's always present with me from the time I wake up till the time I go to sleep. I fell in love with music at a young age, from the sounds, beats, noise, vocals, harmonies, effects to the point I am Hip Hop from the way I walk, dress, move, groove, and dance.
